🔹 WEEK 2–3 – Level I: The Business Foundation

You will create:

• Business name + Founders Statement

• Online presence (website + social media starter setup)

• Basic accounts & tools needed to operate

• Getting clarity on your mission and audience

Deliverables:

• Starter website (Simvoly recommended)

• Domain & branded email

• Foundational digital footprint

🔹 WEEK 4–5 – Level II: Planning & Direction

You will:

• Write your first business plan (guided templates included)

• Set actionable goals

• Learn business mindset, structure, and vision

• Understand sales, services, and pricing

Deliverables:

• Completed business plan

• 12-month directional goal map

• Operational structure worksheet

🔹 WEEK 6–7 – Level III: Official Business Setup

You will complete:

• EIN registration

• Business bank account setup (Brex recommended)

• Articles of Incorporation or LLC registration

• Business compliance checklist

• Financial systems (QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net)

Deliverables:

• Legal business entity

• Bookkeeping system

• Payment processing system

• Business credibility foundation (for building business credit)

🔹 WEEK 8 – Acceleration & Marketing Launch

You will learn:

• Marketing basics

• How to attract your first paying customers

• Branding and storytelling

• Setting up LinkedIn + Google Business

• How to pitch your business
