Program Overview

The SHERO 8-Week Business ReEntry Accelerator is a guided, cohort-based online program designed exclusively for returning citizens. It provides a step-by-step framework to transition lived experience and survival skills into a legitimate, legally structured, and income-producing business.

The Objective

Participants do not leave with just a certificate or a workbook. They graduate with a fully operational business. This includes an official entity setup (EIN and LLC), active business banking, integrated payment systems, a starter online presence, and a clear 12-month directional map.

The 8-Week Structure

• Level I: Foundational Discovery (Weeks 1-3) Starts with a 1:1 intake interview to identify transferable skills. Participants define their business concept, claim their business name, and establish their brand identity and online presence.

• Level II: Goal Clarification (Weeks 4-5) Focuses on the operational roadmap. Participants write a functional business plan, understand pricing models, and set actionable 12-month directional goals.

• Level III: Operational Launch (Weeks 6-8) Centers on legalization and execution. Covers the official setup of the LLC and EIN, business banking, integrating financial systems (QuickBooks/Stripe), and executing a 7-day marketing launch.
